I found Haunted Voices Radio Network (HVRN) about two months ago. I signed up for their forum to see what they were about and quickly realized, this was a great group of people. HVRN is a community that is safe, friendly, open minded, and full of knowledge they are more than willing to share with anyone that is seeking it. They are a great group of people and they run a great radio show. They need the support of their community to stay on air. So take a listen and decide for yourself (we know you will appreciate everything they do) and donate, if possible.

Here is why HVRN needs your support:

We are a paranormal, educational and radio based organization completely supported by you, the members. Many organizations have web sites, servers and Internet bandwidth donated by it's members & listening audience. We pride ourselves on being as a community, and not by a few power-hungry members. This means that we need you to be a part of that community. We encourage every member to contribute to the community in any way that they can. Since we do not have our servers or bandwidth donated, we have pay our bills every month to keep things going. For those of you who can, we ask that you make a monetary contribution in whatever denomination you'd like. Every little bit counts and helps the Haunted Voices Radio Network bring even more paranormal education and broadcasts to the world!

We have recently had some home investigations that have challenged us to go beyond what we have done in the past. Investigating vacant haunted places is so much easier because you collect data, you review it, you reveal it. However it is definitely not as rewarding. And while we are thankful for the opportunities to help families in need (as it has always been families) we have been stretched many ways to come up with answers and help for people out there. In this post, we are asking for some input from people who are part of paranormal teams. Have you had to make connections beyond your already established connections to help clients? How do you go about doing this? Have the people you reached out to been receptive? Do you have any tips on establishing new connections? Have you found any sites online particularly useful? Thanks for your support everyone!

Well the title pretty much sums it all up. So look for a lot of new things coming soon for our team. I have a keen focus on creating new investigative standards, protocols, and guidelines that will help direct this great team into 2010 and beyond.

I've also made the decision to halt memberships at this time, at least until after April of this year.

We have a ton of planning and prep work ahead of us to get where we want to be in this field, it'll just take some time and effort to get us to that point.Attachment 948

Thanks to all of the users and community who frequent this site and participate in the discussions here. We look forward to making this a really great place for the field of paranormal research.

Keep checking our site for things to come.

Paranormal Washington is working on bettering our forum by creating an online community that shares a lot more information for the paranormal community. If your group/team/or other paranormal organization is interested in writing a monthly or weekly article on ParaWa's page let us know. We are working on getting content for this site but it will take a while to get everything where we want it so in the meantime we appreciate your patience. If you have any information you think is important to share please let us know at jessica @ paranormalwashington dot com. This could be about anything anywhere, links to web sites, articles, radio shows, anything!!!! We have a vision in our head of how we want this all to function and are well on our way to making it a reality. Paranormal Washington is ringing in 2010 with a resolution to make our forum/site here much more informative and rich in content.

ParaWa has taken an interest in the restoration of the old McReavy House in Union, WA. We believe in their cause, restoring a piece of history and opening up a museum and cultural center for everyone to enjoy. The best part is it's so easy and affordable for you to help!

It only costs $25 a year to be a member of the McReavy House Foundation. They need to build memberships in order to qualify for grants. Of course they also accept any kind of donations time, monetary, or otherwise.

Please access this link: http://mcreavyhouse.org/Membership_Signup.htm for more information on what your membership will get you and the form to print out and send in!
